张静，写作者、翻译、视觉创作者，现居美国西雅图。
生于北京，长于北京。多年来，她始终以文字、影像和日常生活为创作的起点。已出版四部著作，其中长篇纪实文学《浓云下的西雅图》以北京和西雅图的生活为背景，记录个人经历、家庭、文化和女性成长，以及不同生活背景下观念与经验的交织和碰撞。
写作之外，她的创作延伸至摄影、穿搭、视觉艺术、手工点心以及定制蛋糕。看似不同的领域，却始终贯穿着一脉相承的审美意识：对细节的关注、对手艺的尊重，以及对生活美学的观察和体验。

about the creator
Jing Zhang is a writer, translator, and visual creator based in the Seattle area.
Born and raised in Beijing, she draws on personal experience, cultural memory, and everyday life. She has published four books, including Seattle Under Thick Clouds, a work of narrative nonfiction set against life in Beijing and Seattle. Through stories of family, culture, and women’s growth, it explores how different ways of living and thinking meet and shape one another.
Her creative work also includes portraiture and personal style, visual art, handmade Chinese pastries, and custom cakes. Across these different forms runs a shared sensibility: attention to detail, respect for craft, and a feeling for the aesthetics of everyday life.
lazy cabbage brings these pursuits together, giving them room to grow into a personal expression shaped over many years.
